The first event I had Shafar Affairs do for me was my 30th birthday party in 2016. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do for my upcoming birthday that year but I knew I wanted it to be special. So one day I was sitting down talking to my best friend and she said to me “why don’t you contact Shakaa to plan your party.” So long story short I had a talk with my parents and they agreed to it. I knew I wanted my favorite color blue included in my theme so I decided to go with a Tiffany and Co. theme. I explained to Shakaa that I was on a budget because I was a college student with barely any money and from that moment she was very cooperative and reasonable with me on everything. I was able to have everything I wanted for my party and stay on my budget. When I say everything was exactly the way I envisioned it to be on that day it really was. It was absolutely beautiful and I was in complete awe of every detail included in my party. This was one of the best birthday parties I’d ever had. Not only was I pleased but my guests were very pleased as well. I got so many compliments on how beautiful and fun everything was the next day. I’m so grateful and I look forward to having my next event planned by Shafar Affairs soon. Keep up the great work!

I have known Shakaa with Shafar Affairs for over 15 years. Shakaa has a good eye and is very detailed. I first used her services 2 ½ years for my second child’s baby shower. Shakaa did not disappoint. She was on time and our home was well decorated. I recently hired Shakaa a few months ago to help with my reception decorations for my upcoming wedding. I gave her a few of my ideas from my Pinterest Boards and then she ran with it. I cannot wait to see the final outcome for my upcoming reception.
